Michael R. Williams

Mr. Williams joined Orbital in December 2001 as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. In this role he is responsible for Orbital's banking, capital markets, cash management, insurance, foreign exchange, real estate and investor relations activities. Prior to joining Orbital, Mr. Williams served as Managing Director of Global Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America.

Mr. Williams' career in banking spans 23 years with Bank of America and other leading financial institutions, during which he served in numerous leadership roles related to corporate and investment banking activities. In addition, Mr. Williams has extensive experience in debt capital origination and capital market analysis.

Mr. Williams received an MBA (with honors) from the University of Michigan and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
