N. Paul Brost

Mr. Brost joined Orbital in May 2001 as Senior Vice President of Finance. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s corporate and group accounting and finance operations, including internal and external reporting, tax accounting and reporting, and the company’s financial planning and forecasting processes.

Prior to joining Orbital, Mr. Brost was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Compass Aerospace Corporation, a manufacturer of aircraft component parts and assemblies with numerous operating units in North America and Europe. While with Compass, Mr. Brost established core business and financial processes and systems and managed the financial affairs of the company through a series of acquisitions and financing related activities.

His earlier experience includes serving as a Segment Financial Executive for Textron Inc. and as a partner with Ernst & Young.

Mr. Brost holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
