Hollis M. Thompson

Mr. Thompson joined Orbital in September 1999 and serves as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller.  In this role, Mr. Thompson is the company’s Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions.

Prior to joining Orbital, Mr. Thompson held various accounting and financial management positions at COMSAT Corporation, a leading provider of telecommunications services that was acquired by Lockheed Martin Corporation in 2000.  Previously, he was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. Thompson holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
