Work/Life Balance

  • Holidays – 10 paid days per year.
  • Paid Time Off – Our employees earn paid time off every pay period.  This may be used for any personal reason, including vacation and illness.
  • Parental Leave – After one year of employment with Orbital, paid leave is provided to employees who become parents.

Orbital also provides bereavement leave, family and medical leave, jury duty, and military leave. The number of days granted for each type of leave varies.

Health Care

  • Medical Insurance – Orbital offers several types of medical insurance plans for you and your dependents so you can choose the one that best meets your needs. Plans include prescription drug coverage.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

The ESPP allows you to purchase Orbital stock at a discount.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

FSAs enable you to “reimburse” yourself for certain types of eligible health care and dependent care expenses using tax-free dollars converted from payroll deductions.
