Our Team

Orbital Sciences Corporation Technical Services Division formed a contractor team with stellar reputations in aerospace engineering, design, manufacturing, and test, and all teammates have work experience at Wallops Flight Facility (WFF).

Our teammates are qualified small businesses experienced in providing relevant services for NASA, Department of Defense (DOD), and WFF. The Orbital team provides the necessary capabilities to fulfill every statement of work requirement. Our team is the right team to meet the sounding rocket challenges for the future.

LJT is a premier engineering services provider delivering advanced technical and program management solutions, information technology, systems engineering, launch operations support, hardware and software development, telecommunications, and scientific support to DOD and civil customers. LJT is a veteran owned small disadvantaged business (VOSDB) who recently graduated from the SBA 8(a) program.

the Hammers Company (Hammers) will provide support to NSROC II for attitude control systems and flight performance engineering and software support. Hammers is a woman-owned small business that is renowned for software engineering and development: over 19 years of experience in real-time simulations and flight and ground software systems development for NASA scientific satellites. Hammers personnel are experienced in attitude control, command and data handling, and real-time software as well as command and telemetry systems, dynamic simulators, and support to integration and test.

Hawk Institute for Space Sciences (HISS) is a full service engineering company, specializing in aerospace engineering for commercial and government agencies. HISS is focused on training the next generation of aerospace engineers to increase minority participation in aerospace and defense.

HISS’ strategic partnership with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), an HBCU, and the Maryland Hawk Corporation (MDHAWK is a UMES affiliated non-profit research foundation) complements the Hawk business plan centered on leveraging the expertise and facilities at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility.
