Orbital’s Technical Services Division (TSD) provides cost-effective engineering and technical management expertise to NASA, centers of scientific research and aerospace corporations. Typically, we supply specialized personnel — engineers, scientists, technicians and other professionals — to provide the added support and flexibility to allow our customers to achieve their mission goals. These employees often work side-by-side with our customers' technical staff at their facilities. Orbital TSD employees are lending their engineering expertise to some of today’s most high–profile space missions including the Hubble Space Telescope, the James Webb Space Telescope Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA), Kepler, Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, Polar Operational Environmental Satellite (POES), and Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites (GOES) among others.
