Fabrication facility is located in Beltsville, Maryland. A full service, 25,000 square foot spaceflight certified facility provides quick turnaround of flight electronics, harnesses, cables, mechanical components, and ground support equipment for NASA, NRL, and other customers.
Class 10,000 and 100,000 work areas and conformal coating facilities.
Provides customers with a local, accessible, responsive fabrication and assembly facility that is available to perform electronics design, packaging, assembly, integration, and test operations.
Harness fabrication area and Quality Assurance inspection area offers full autonomous verification of spaceflight equipment.
Surface Mount Technology Facility - State-of-the-art equipment and technology are used to process and fabricate high-rel boards in a NASA-approved and ISO certified facility. Personnel are fully trained and certified to produce small and medium quantity high-rel throughput.
Optical clean room facility with 2,500 square feet of Class 10,000 space. Orbital Photonics Test and Integration Facility (OPTIF) is available for R&D, fabrication and testing of optical components, subsystems, and instruments.
