Manufacturing Services

Orbital’s Technical Services Division (TSD) provides cost-effective, quick-reaction manufacturing services to NASA, centers of scientific research and aerospace corporations. Our Beltsville, Maryland facility is a full service, 25,000 square foot spaceflight certified facility providing quick turnaround of flight electronics, harnesses, cables, mechanical components, and ground support equipment.  The facility includes class 10,000 and 100,000 work areas and conformal coating facilities, a NASA-approved and ISO certified surface mount technology facility, and a 2,500 sq. ft. class 10,000 Orbital Photonics Test and Integration Facility (OPTIF) for R&D, fabrication and testing of optical components, subsystems, and instruments.
