Recent Graduates/Early Career

If you are “fresh out” of college or have a few years of work experience and are looking for a more challenging position, Orbital offers a variety of exciting opportunities.  It’s a fast-paced, collegial environment with a culture of technical excellence and creativity.

At Orbital you will be given responsibilities usually reserved for higher-level staff at other companies.  And Orbital provides a variety of career paths, so you don't have to fit into one mold to succeed. So whether you see yourself staying on a technical career path or aspire to take a management track, there are no limits to how far you can go.

Each of Orbital’s three major business groups – launch systems, satellites and related space systems, and advanced programs – provide a wealth of opportunities to work on some of the most exciting space and national security programs in the industry.

Once you join us, we are committed to making you feel comfortable and a part of the Orbital family. To help with the acclimation process, Orbital offers group activities throughout the year to guarantee that you have the opportunity to meet other early career co-workers. New hires are invited to company-sponsored happy hours, breakfast with the CEO, ski trips, “Wednesday” lunches and other activities.
